Equipment Information
Football Helmet and pads provided, Players get to keep their jerseys.
Cheerleading Uniforms provided, participants get to keep their shoes, crop tops and bloomers.
     
Additional Information
All participants must purchase $20 in raffle tickets.
If you are unable to pay the registration fee, please inquire about our payment plan.
     
On Site Registration
To register, you must complete a registration form by clicking here, provide a copy of your child's birth certificate, along with your check for the fee indicated above.
     
Registration by Mail
To register, you must first complete a registration form by clicking here, then mail the original reqistration form, a copy of your child's birth certificate, along with your check for the fee indicated above made payable to "NE Rebels Football and Cheerleading Club", and sent to P.O. Box 100412, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33310.
 
Fees
Checks should be made payable to "NE Rebels Football and Cheerleading Club", and sent to P.O. Box 100412, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33310. The application fee is $115 if received by July 2nd. Applications received after July 2nd are accessed a fee of $135.
